Consent to Personal Data Processing

By submitting data via forms on the AG Studio website, I (the “Data Subject”) hereby give consent to the Controller to process my personal data under the terms below.

2. Personal data

This consent applies to the following data I provide via the website forms:

• name (if provided);
• phone number (if provided);
• email address (if provided);
• message/request text and any other information I submit voluntarily.

The Controller may also process technical data transmitted by my device when using the website (e.g., IP address, user-agent, submission date and time, cookies/identifiers) to the extent necessary for website operation and abuse prevention.

3. Purposes of processing

• handling my request and contacting me back;
• preparing a service proposal, estimating scope, time and cost;
• conducting negotiations and business correspondence related to the project.

4. Processing operations

Processing includes collection, recording, systematization, storage, updating, use and deletion of personal data, with and/or without automated means.

5. Disclosure to third parties

The Controller may engage authorized processors (e.g., hosting providers, email services, communication/CRM tools) strictly for the purposes stated above and subject to confidentiality obligations.

6. Term

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.

7. Withdrawal

I may withdraw my consent by sending a request to admin@agstudio.md. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
